I did IT!!!!

Not thé it.. but I did *it* :D.. I succeeded my second year at the KATHO!!!! It's unbelieveble!! I'm really happy bout it. I have no exams I have to take again!! YES! *Does big happy dance* :D And.. here comes the best part.. I CAN GO TO IRELAND!!!!!!! YES! :D Happy, happy, happy, happy, happy, happy, me.

I'm really exctited as well as anxious, yes I know.. why the hell? Well... a bit anxious about the third year huh. What will come? Who will be in my class etc.. so weird. All my hard work finally paid off. I'm so happy.. really :) You can't even imagine how much!

I'm very sorry for some peeps around.. Eline has a few exams to take over, and Natalie didn't do well. As well as my other friends! I'm very sad for them too.. I'm so sorry.. it's terrible! I have no words for it.. I can only say, I'm very sorry and if you ever need some help! I am always ready :)

Disneyland was/is Super!

Hi everybody, I'm back!

3 days ago I went to Disneyland for 3 days. I was back home friday at 22.19u. And we had a swell time.. I loved every second of it. I wish I was back there! I really love it. So, a small text is going to follow about our doings over at D-land! Don't be afraid, they will not be to long :) (Alas, for my standards that is!)

What did we do? Here 's the story..

At 6 O'Clock wednesday the 20 of June (morning) I met with Eline and Natalie and we boarded the train at Deinze Station who would take us to Brussels. In about an hour we were there. Half an hour later we had our TGV who would take us to Marné la Valleé. We ate a little breakfast (sponsered by Bakkery Bijl) And in 2hours we arrived in Charles De Gaulle Paris. There we saw something spectacular! Drugdogs and cops came through our coupe. Wow! A bit scary as well. The train did'nt move anymore, so we had to take another one. No-one told us, one of the passenger came to us and said we had to take another train to go to our next stop. Finally we stopped at Dland! Ohyeah :P we were next to it! At 10ish we went to the hotel and checked in, also leaving our luggage there. And then at last we went to D-land..

We visited many places and went to attractions everywhere. We had to wait alot. The very first thing we went was the STAR TOURS (with C3PO and R2D2) Ohyeah!! we had to wait a loooong time.. And Eline and Natalie weren't very keen on it either. *rolls eyes* what? My fav attraction!

We visited more of Discoveryland and Fantasyland. We went to Frontierland and Adventureland. By 16.00u we had the first parade. We stood on a very sunny spot. Luckely I had my hat and glasses, the others nothing! (Eline had a hat) I was even sunburnd from standing there about half an hour! Ohdear. The parade was beautiful! And offcourse the Little Mermaid was also there! I was much fun, I took plenty of photo's! Too much actually :P

After that we did more attractions, luckely we had the Fast Pass as well! (that means, the hotelguestst can get tickets to get on attractions that are too crowded - on the tickets it says when you can come and then you can go befor all those peeps who are waiting in the lines)

We had much luck the first day! We could spend 2 hours longer in the park! Great! At 10 the parc closed and we went to our hotel. Lovely room we had, and 2 2personbeds. What the hell? on the day itself, I lost the first night of the bed with tossing. Damn. Eline went first :P I had to sleep with Natalie :P

The next day we had to rise up very soon! We got a magic breakfast in the parc! In FantasyLand. The breakfast was soo big! We took some food with us :P and we rushed to the walt Disney studios. I loved it there! when I went in 2001, the studios were built and we didn't go. But it was really something! I loved every bit of it. It was superb! We went to many things such as: Animagique (a show with live actors and a few songs from the disneyanimations like Under the Sea, a song from Jungle Book and so on..), Animationstudios: a show with one actor and Mushu (you know? from Mulan) and he explained how animation and cartoons come alive in a studio. (very interesting!) we also went on Crush Coasters, a great ride! Rollercoaster with Aerosmith (very exciting!) Cars ride, les tapis volant, ... and so much more! I loved every bit of it! There was one show, with cars and motorcycles who was amazing! and the Armageddon attraction was not bad.. The train backstage, was not so spectacular, but okay. We saw a lots of things! Such as 'drumroffle' THE submarine from Dinotopia! And some other famous decorpieces.. ahwell. We were done at the park at 18.00u or something like that, and spend it all at the parc itselfs. We did some more attractions and unfortunately they closed at 20.00u. Too bad, at the hotel, I finally got the bed for myself :D and Eline had to sleep with Natalie :D. Firstly we did a little stroll around the hotel and went sightseeing :D Grrrreat! :) I did some purchases along the way as well!

At 23.00u we finally went to sleep and I listend to a very long discussion between Eline and Natalie what was quit funny :P (about the bed huh)

The last day we had much rain! It poured nearly all day! We did a lot of shows today in the main park. Such ass Tarzan (what was spectacular!) and The Lion King (what was very beautiful done!) we did a few more attractions and were finshed. Natalie and Eline met Peter Pan! And I think he was a cutie as well :D

At half past 5 it started raining and it didn't end. So we went bit sooner to the trainstation. Mainly because we were all soaked :/.. after we changed at the station we saw our train had a 30 minutes delay :S Damn.. Eline convinced me to go at the park just once because she 'said' she'd meet up with Peter Pan :D (LOL) and when Iwent there I saw another show coz it was the day that D-land was 15 years old! :) Glad to have seen that show :D .. I'm going to miss Dland. really.. I miss it now! Well in 5 years I'll be going back :D :P

So that was in a nutshell all what we have experienced! :D

Star Wars and other movies...

Last night I watched the first Ep of SW.. Only one, I really wanted to watch 3 already. But it didn't work, I was too tired to do a thing. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it.. tonight is the second one!!

Last week I've seen Pulp Fiction, by mr Quentin 'Kill Bill' Tarantino! :) It was nice... blood and swearing everywhere! But a cast (om u tegen te zeggen!) of famous A listers! Like Uma Thurman, John Travolta and Samual L. Jackson.. even Bruce Willis! Waaouw.. i completely feel of my chair! It wasn't bad, but not Kill Bill- good either. Ahwell, I'm glad i've seen it! Today at work, was overwhelming, we're having a new student and one counter down! Damn.. Ahwell, we lived through it :D

Went to my dad today, the children are growing fast! I love my sis and bro.. sweeties, they will have such a bad youth. And yes, The Bomb exploded again.. I'm feeling very, very sad right now.. glad to be home. I don't want to go at my dad's again. It's awful. I forgot to tape my movie today too! Think I'm gonna buy the dvd :D.. It was 'Escape to Witch Mountain' A very good movie! A classic one, also by Disney! (wow, are they good at making films or what?!) I've seen that movie like a gazillion times! Loaned it from my aunt, but now I wanted it myself. This movie is about 2 children with special powers.. there trying to find their family.. to find out what happend, I'll suggest you seek and watch this great dvd! And then also watch the second movie too! :P 'Return to Witch mountain' the sequel, not bad either! :) (and if you really want to! there is a little parodie of these movies (directed by Ike Eisenmann who plays Tony) and is named the blair witch project or something like that! Easily found at Youtube, or if you want to see it, just ask :)
Now i'm going to sit back, enjoy tv and count down to wednesday.. hope the weather will be fine!! Please, let it shine, let it shine, let it SHINE!

Exams and rainbows

Ohyeah!

Finally.. we are rid of those awful exams.. I really don't want to think about the results.. :S they are going to be sooooo poor :S Damn. I pretty much failed AV yesterday.. because I was a bit distracted by something while learning.. We'll have to see huh.. i'm really afraid now. Petrified to now about the real truth.

I'm feeling really nervous, also a bit shakey and estatic at some point and then depressed.. I have no idea what's wrong with me. Nervous, happy, nervous, happy. And sometimes even in a love mood!!

Well at least I have something to look at :) In 4 DAYS i'll be going to DISNEYLAND!!! Ohyeah... :) I'm very excited to go. Will everyone please lit a candle or say a little prayer for bringing good weather next week.. I really hope it'll be good...

Yesterday after 'godsdienst' (Religion?) I have no idea how that went either :/ I didn't do a thing when I got home :P.. I was intended to watch the whole episodes of Star Wars from 1to6 but i'm really to tired.. so i'm going to bed early today :) I even went at our videotheek (place where you can get VHS or DVD) and loaned Epi 1 from SW :) .. i'm really tired.. I went to bed very early :) at 10ish, maybe tonight I'll be looking at the 3 first epi's .. all six is a bit to much I think :P..

I'm confused right now.. what 'll do, what, why has everything has to be soooo complicated?

I'm searching after new schools too.. I hate that job though.. :S.. I need to find a 1e leerjaar and a buitengewoon onderwijs.. luckely I already have one pre-school.

It's such a bad weather outside right now.. :S that sucks.. allee, I love rain, but not when I want to go to Disneyland :) .. i'm going to be very sad then.. but hey, the best thing about rain (and a bit of sun) are rainbows.. the most beautiful things -eum.. it's not a thing huh.. creation?- there are.. I took a picture too :) there was a gorgeous one last night.. I could look at it forever :) .. (why do you think one of my favs songs is 'over the rainbow' ~OST The Wizard of OZ)

Yesterday I also watched Sky High, a movie by Disney, it was good and funny! Like we're used to by Disney.. A story about a boy who is the son of 2 superheroes and is send to a school (Sky High) for all superboys and girls to become a 'hero' or a 'sidekick'. One problem he doesn't have powers! Wow, it's hard to talk about politics in English :S i'm gonna try :) 2 days ago, we had to vote again.. For a new prime minister, and for more couches in the Senaat and in the Room.. for some politician party (or HOW do you call it?) well it was something important.. I voted on Groen, the Greenisch politic party, I thought I was quite proud of my choice, till uncle Rudi spelled me a lesson about nature, global warming and everythin Groen! is doing.. Nothing actually.. *Damn* another vote wasted? Whatever! I'm happy to say that my party went up some grades luckely :D and who was the big *weener* ? I think it was CD&V, so we're having a new prime-minister.. Mr Yves Leterme, or Mr Egg, that's how my aunt calls him :P.. Does he looks like an egg to you? :P I'm thinking Mr Leterme is more of a bunny! A Happy bunny LOL

Justin has won the Roland Garros tournament!! Yaaay!! finally some good news :D:D
Our pride of Belgium has done it again.. She won very easily her 3rd finale in France.. and this against Ivanovic (6-1 and 6-2)
So happy :) Mrs Henin puts Belgium on the map of the world! We really have some superb tennisplayers!! After a quick search I found her site too! Wow, she's really a BW (bekende Walloniër) or a FW in English (famous Wallonian?) Cos she's from le Wallonia (the French speaking part of Belgium to be exact)

I'm thinking about my next trip.. *already you think?* Yes.. I think the next travel will be a bit further then D-land! I want to go to America.. not just America but Florida!! I want to see with my own eyes what they show us on CSI Miami .. so.. my next travel will be Miami, Florida :D.. Maybe hiking, maybe, don't know yet.. it's a project for at least 3 to 4 years ;) and for after college (first enough saving at GB) Not only Miami, (BTW.. I *wanna* see THOSE beaches!) but I want to see Disneyworld, Seaworld, HarryPotterworld! (yep that's right.. HPpark.. what wil they be thinking of NEXT?) I want to see America :) My first choice would be Australia (the Holy Land) offcourse, but that's too much money and not possible for the next 20 years orso.. :S too bad.. :'( well, maybe Australia first if I win the lottory or something like that! :D I'm definitly not going alone to America that's for sure :) will be bringing along friends too :) I hope if they want too :) Aah, so many dreams.. when will I let them come true??

Mermaids...

Did you know mermaids were real? They live amongst us, swimming in the depths of the biggest oceans.. You know only 1 percent of the ocean has been researched, so what about the other 99%? One word, merpeople.. Well I believe so :) not only they live in oceans but also in my imagination! :P Yes! I have a fascinating for those 'fictive creatures'.. i can't help it.. The magic about it, the mysterie attracts me :).. and it wakens the little child in me, that wants to believe :) does that make me naive? Noo :) only childish I think :) Nevertheless a fascination.. I love mermaids, how they swim, what they are.. so this post is entirely dedicated to mermaids.. Mermaids from Madison to Ariel :D and I also have the 'tailmans' website! So enjoy..

A regular guy falls in love with a mermaid.. but he doesn't know about it! Quite a shock it is, when the secret comes out! Also stars like Eugene Levy (American Pie) and John Candy (Home Alone) stars :) and offcourse talented and cute Tom Hanks playing the sweet cute guy, and Darryl as the mermaid. I've bought the DVD with a lot of nice extras too :D.. love it! *sigh* Thinking about buying the OST of the movie, I completely fell in love with the 'Love came for me' the endsong sung by Rita Coolidge :)

Hopelessly romantic Am I :D.. with rich imagination :) I hate reality, it sucks most of the time..

And off course.. what's with the tailman? Who's the tailman? Is he a merman? Or what?! Well Mr Tailman is in fact Thom Shouse, he's the one who's responsible for most mermaidssuits for most of the movies-series.. so he's quite the celibrity! His first creation made for Splash is hung at Disneyworld (aaaaah I want to see that!) but is asked for more work since then! :D great man.. he'll turn every human in a mermaid :P soo.. if I ask Mr Thom to send me his tails :P I can go to Mrs Zena to take my picture :P *keeps on dreaming*

Almost *summer*break..

Yay! That's all I have to say about it. It's going to be fun I think :D.. is it a bit early if I already give my plans away for the summer? Whatever! :P I'll post them anyway!

First: Why are you posting this already, another 2 weeks before summerbreak actually begins?
- Good question! And a fairly good answer I will be giving you.. I have no *goesting* to study for my exams of next week :D (I don't want to study it means)

Second: What ARE you going to do then?
- Very good question :).. I'm thinking of doing a lot in summervacation, cos last vacation passed by soo quickly and I didn't do a thing! (Only work and more study :/)
So here's my list already.. some are 'maybies' and some are bound to change.

1. Disneyland!! From 20 of June to 22 of June :)
2. In the period from now til 30 of June: Searching for schools to give training weeks.
3. 23 of June: Schoolrock at my old school where my last training week went :)
3. 26 of June (not so happy day I think) Going after my 'raport.' (grades)
4. 29 of June: Sportacs BBQ.. Going with Sandra :D my fellow-trainster AND
Petra's B-day at Montini!! I have no idea who i'll take.. and I don't want to go alone O___o *Damn*

But then:
5. Job at Olsene :) A nursing school for 3 to 12 year olds :) It's my fourth year I'll be going. I love it there! This already starts on 1 July. (and for about 3 weeks) it's not really paid :) But the experience is always fantastic.. I love children.
6. A weekend at the Ardennes :D Eline invited me and the others from school in her cabin there! :)
7. Hoping to get a day of sea :D Skating or something like that :) especially when it's a beautiful day! Maybe I'll go to Oostende and visit Mieke aswell.
8. A day spend in Oceade (One of the biggest pools of Belgium!)with palls.
9. A day in Walibi (one of the greatest amusementspark of Belgium)With my palls he :)
10. A day at Kortrijk (Braderie) with my palls
11. A day at one of the uncles and aunts for our 'jaarlijkse' BBQ!! It's a possibility that that won't come through.. hoping it does! I love my family!
12. In august I *probably* have to study for my exams 'again' :) hoping not offcourse!
13. *Maybe* a weekend or a day in Ireland! With someone I don't know yet :) and that's not certain yet! If my results are bad on 26 of June, I won't go.. But otherwise..
14. More studying for my drivers licence..
15. Somewhere in September the marriage of Natalie and Jo :D 'Soooooo looking forward to THAT!!!' Really :) It's like.. 13 years ago We last celebrate a Marriage! Woow.. we want more marriages!! :D (most nephews and nieces are older than me - I think 5-) :D Ohwell :D Lieven will follow soon :P He knows Ine for decades!! :D *keep your fingers crossed* :D

And for mee :D Jo has a younger brother :D :D If he got Jo's looks!!!! :D he is mine ... *evil laugh* Nono.. just kiddin' there's no hope for me Yet :P

Wooow!! A lot I'll be doing huh!? Ahwell.. it's a lot for MY standerds!! And maybe a bit expensive .. so first of all i'll be checking with my wallet too :D
So here's what to expect from my summer :) And i'll be writing about it too :D

Tv - car - commercials...

Some creative people live amongst us! And they are all in the commercial business.. Tv-commercials are great! (not when your watching a film tho :S) but nowadays, the commercials are getting funier by the minute! Especially the car-commercials. How they do it, I don't know.. but is sure is good! Pity I don't have a car (yet) but I really fancy one where dolphins are in it! That's the one I saw today, forgot the brand of the car (EDIT: it's a Citroën C3) :S.. but the commercials starts with little cars jumping out of the sea, and there are a couple of dolphins at the wheel! Ohdear.. how DO THEY come up with it!! :P Pure entertainment.. In another com. we see one's car explodes cause it has to much stuff in it.. suitcases are sent everywhere :D.. And ofcourse my alltimefavourite! The Peugeot Commercial with the Ladybirds go bouncy-bouncy in that beautiful 307!! I laughed my pants of on that one!!!! ohyeah.. I enjoy watching commercials some times :D it's a huge dose of creativity pressed in 1 minute and it bursts out on tv! So the people of today is for the Marketing ~ Commercial people (is that right?) :D If you'd like to see other funny commercials there are some great ones on the Netherlands channel as wel :D! Love it! ^_^

It's craptacular!

Finally made up my mind .. I've decided to keep on the 'English' writing! (some parts still will be in Dutch, I'm not an expert you know!) :D.. So now I can say in English i'm very happy to be on my Blog right now.. After days spending with my books and of those awful, awful exams! And I have to say.. It wasn't spectacular at all! More the opposite! Soo hence the Craptacular :D (Think this ones made up by Mr Bart Simpson) I think most of my exams were really bad :s ... In following order from bad to worse:
Didactiek-nederlands-bewegingsopvoeding-beeldopvoeding-opvoedkunde.. I'm feeling teribble right now, what to do? I'm feeling a bit depressed. 2 more exams (oral) coming up. Next week, so luckely we have some time off right now!

And enjoying the weather (after a big doubleglassed window) God,.. I hate it to sit inside. Really. No terras, no nothing, not even a window open like ajar or something.. but mommy and bro have hayfever, so no 'fresh' air in house... aaaaaaaaah.. it's driving me nuts! Luckely I have some work I can do, or I would die inside. If I ever get out of this appartement I want a house with a big terras, a BIG garden cos I just love flowers and trees and also a veranda offcourse.. *already dreaming* ..

What to tell? what to tell?? I have always something to tell .. but In English, that's a bit harder, so my next posts will be drastic shortened to small posts :)
And the big reason i'll be writing in English? To practice my horrible English, cos there maybe is a wee (love the wee part) lit'le chance I can go to Ireland :) But still not keeping my high hopes up as of yet! and of course English has to be the most important language these days, so i'm jumping on onto the 'englishwagon' or how do you say that? From now on, i'll be practicing my English, on TV :D more BBC and stuff :D ohyeah.

Nog maar 18 DAGEN en dan kunnen we eindelijk naar het heilige land.. :D :D Namelijk Disneyland!! Ik heb hiernaast een aftelsysteempje geplaatst, zodat ik het zeker niet vergeet! Het komt van http://www.tickerfactory.com. Ik had ze al eerder zien staan op andere blogs, maar vooral rond zwangerschappen enzo.. maar na even hun site te hebben bekeken kon jet ook aanpassen naar 'speciale' evenementen!! :) Dus een echte must naar al die aftellers ginder in de buurt.. :) Mss plaats ik wel nog een aftellen voor al die films, en nog eentje voor het nieuwe HP boek.. en mss wel naar mijn verjaardag! :D We zien nog wel :)

*Lied van de maand, Juni*

Terwijl iedereen zit te zwoegen voor de examens van volgende week, spendeer ik mijn tijd op men favoriete plekje opt net! :D En wat krijgt u? Het nieuwe lied! :) Na een korte zoekingstocht viel men oog op dit lied en het heeft wel een waar historie!
Dit lied heet Tango De Roxanne en komt uit de film/musical 'Moulin Rouge'.. (jep! Met Ewan (Obi-wan Kenobi) McGregor en Nicole Kidman!) Deze film staat alweer een tijdje in mijn top10 en vind ik absoluut prachtig! Deze film gaat over courtisanes en hoe-kan-het-ook-anders- venten :P.. Een arme schrijver wordt verliefd op Satine, hét van hét in het Moulin Rouge.. (jep dat bekende gebouw in Parijs) Satine wordt na een tijdje ook verliefd, maar is eigenlijk al van eum.. Lord .. Kben zen naam vergeten :P achja.. natuurlijk drama, romantiek, humor en veel muziek! En daar houden we toch zo van!! :P Het lied dat ik heb gekozen beeld eigenlijk de jaloezie uit van de schrijver tgo de Lord.

Mijn herinnering aan dit lied is helaas wat negatiever, maar kben er al overheen hoor ;).. In my dancingdays, zat ik in de oudste groep, samen met nog anderen en bereiden we ons voor op onze voorstelling van het jaar erna 'Bailamos como Queremos' We mochten op dit lied een superdans doen! .. we begonnen daarmee op het eind van
een schooljaar.. Het schooljaar erna, kwamen we tot de ontzetting dat ik en men maatjes naar een andere 'jongere' groep werden gebracht.. dat wilde zeggen.. NIET meer meedoen met de oudsten! Daar ben ik erg lang woedend om geweest.. Ze had al haar 'beste en bekwaamste' danseressen bijeen gezet (zelfs jonger dan me) en daar een groepje van gemaakt..
Ik vond het wel ontzettend jammer.. Misschien langs een kleine kant wel te begrijpen dat ze de hoogtepunt van haar show niet zomaar door de gewone man liet doen! Maar nevertheless ik heb me moeten aanpassen en een beetje jaloers moeten toekijken hoe zij het wél mochten doen.. (en zoals ik het beter zou vernoemen 'ik was op menen teen getrapt' :/ maja.. dat jaar maakte ik ook kennis met Stijn! Dan waren al men troubles gedaan :D :D De hele dansshow stond een beetje in het thema van MR, maar wij deden een lied op 'Smack my Bitch up' .. (nogal controversieel?) Maar! Het was grote fun :) Jeetje.. zo lang er over uitgeweid! En ik moet de tekst er nog op doen!! Hier is ie dan! Enjoy :)

- Ewan en Nicole deden AL hun zangwerk zelve!
- Deze film werd gerigiseerd door Baz (Sunscreen!) Luhrmann
- Deze film zit BOORDEVOL liedjes verwerkt in de lyrics van de film, waaronder 'like a virgin' van Madonna..
- Deze film werd niet in Parijs opgenomen (waar het zou moeten) maar in Australië (het heilige land :D)
- Als je goed kijkt, kan je Kylie Minouge ook vinden! :)
- enz... KORTOM! Ga hem hale, hure, kope.. maar zeker ga hem KIJKEN! :)
