Eminem's song "Stan" embodied all the aspects of what it means to be a huge fanatic of a music artist, and the word has since been used to encompass all obsessive fan behavior.
30 ish person has had another obsession.. it's been since the 90's I had such an obsession for something that's on tv.. it defenitly fits the long line of cool tv show i've been watching.. You know.. Charmed, Buffy, Angel.. and now let's talk about TEEN WOLF.. a serie I recently discovered on NETFLIX;.. (god I just love netflix!) I didn't know I needed this show soo bad! :P.. And I defenitly didn't know I could get so cought up again in something like this..
Well before I sound like a complete and uterly huge shallow teenage girl.. fanning about a teenage show, I like this show because of the great storylines, great acting, well performed lines of the actors.. (special note to Dylan O'Brien), comic gags, drama and off course WEREWOLVES! :)
It's a kind of Spin off from Michael J. Fox 's movie: Teen wolf from 1985 (a good year I can say) Lets post this trailer! It's just nostalgic and fantastic!
And off course.. every tv show needs his hottie.. in this case.. a lot of hotties!! :) And now i'm just in awe of this great fellows.. Tyler Posey and Dyland O'Brien! Gosh, be still my heart! :).. hey hey now.. don't mind this.. i'm just a mother and wife with a teeny tiny obsession with good looking men :).. i'm defenitly not cheating my hubbie! :) I'm merely obsessing over this quite a bit, since it was a long time ago, a tv show jus hit that spot! A girl has got to dream sometime right? Even if she has her life well balanced and such.. And I just cannot understand how everyone seems to be making tv shows all of the time, it's sometimes like everyone can make one, these days! And then my mind goes into that state of mind where I should have been living over there, producing, making, writing, directing such shows.. even though I do not have one talent here.. just dreams. It makes me sad I didn't go follow my dream of going to RITCS (school for the arts, theaters, cinema and sound).. but hey, maybe in my next life? and after all, I didn't know what to do with my life back then.. And I still don't! .. Baz Luhrmann was right all that time... (everybody 's free to wear sunscreen!) That time I even wanted to be a 'speech therapist'. But teacher? yeah.. sometimes this just feels like a bandaid of certainty just on top of other things i just wanted to be/do... I'm so afraid that when I'm at the end of my life,.. I will look back with many regrets (carreerwise) sigh.. Isn't everybody now?
Now I'm almost done with season 3 of teen wolf and it's getting better every episode! Allthoug, the new addition/love interest for Scott McCall is just a big no.. (instead it could be me :P) I preferred Allison actually.. I'm still not over that relationship!
What have they been up too?
Tyler Posey, occasionally turns up in other tv shows or movies.. He's not really in big movie productions. But now his attention is more on music, with his band Five North where he plays everything.. (Yes, I did my research allready! He plays a lot of instruments and can sing!) The other 'part' of my craziness is now a little bit of tyler posey 'twitter following and facebook. That's it! :) I'm not mentioning I want to write a book!
Dylan O' Brien went for the movies, playing the main part in the Maze Runner!
Fun fact:
- Although it's a teenage show, the actors were really 20ish :) and you know what!! The girl playing Allison (christal reed) and the one playing Kira are the oldest! (also 1985...) Most of the other actors are born between 1985 and 1991..
so i'm not going crazy about teenagers (thank god) :P
- Zelda Williams (daughter of the late Robin Williams) comes in 2 episodes.. :)
Well done shows creator and actors.. I applaud you.. for the well casting, the well script writing, overal the unique and cool atmosphere this show brings.. the horror.. the liters (gallons) of blood everytime .. the fantasy, the good looking fellows, the consistancy in the story line too.. :) (but .. the only thing I want to mention.. what's with the Werewolf in Series one??? He was overall bad... CGI sucked just a little :p ... Maybe it's to expensive, but please :p .. what about a 'twilight werewolf huh??) In every movie/tv show that involves a werewolf i can be a wee bit skeptical and will be giving criticisme about the look of the werewolf :).. the 'light transformation' is quite allright, but that first moment I just laughed a little.. Now i'm used to it :p
You know.. the werewolf theme? That is sooo my cup of tea... :) Well done actors for giving me just the little spark wanting to be an actor myself and do fun things like you did! You all did it so effortlessly!
So yes.. i'm going to watch some other episodes now.. toodles!
