Today I want to tell about old shows from my past.. recently I discovered some material about 'Der kleine Vampier', a show from the 80's-90's.. about a boy, Anton who befriends a family of Vampires.. named Rüdiger and Anna, 2 'children' vampires..
I really loved this show!! The series were created in 2 countries.. and where by the hand of German author Angela Sommer-Bodenburg.

I was about 9 - 10 and absolutly adored the charachters of the show.. especially Anton and Rüdiger :) Great vampires!! :) I think it came to Belgian Tv somewhere in '94 or '95.
I also remember seeing this show at my grandparents house.. aah.. memories!! And off course, how could i forget.. In my young years I got a radio as present.. not just a radio, but also a recorder.. when I was 9 years old I recorded every song - intros of tv shows I liked from those years :) (I still have the casettes!!) (you know what casettes are ye
s??) :P And yes, Not only I recorded the intro.. (a very haunted song :D) - but also the schlottersteinhymne..
All episodes (13) can be watched on Youtube.. cool.. and so nostalgic!! Too bad I can't speak German.. (although it's a beautifull language!)

I also think, the dark 'tones' that were on the intro of Der kleine Vampir and the notes of the hymne, made me love the same kind of music.. thinking about Rammstein.. (huge fan of..) and off course: Crucified by Army of lovers.. )
